Celebrate Women's History Month & International Women's Day with ChiWIP

March is Women's History Month! In honor of the month and International Women's Day on March 8, let's all commit to #BreakTheBias. This year's theme recognizes that whether "deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead" and that "action is needed to level the playing field." While March 8 is the official day of celebration, we can commit to break the bias today and all year long.
All you have to do is submit a selfie of yourself striking the #breakthebias pose (demonstrated above), crossing your arms in solidarity and to show your commitment to call out bias, smash stereotypes, break inequality, and reject discrimination. We'll assemble a mural of our ChiWIP members striking the pose, and encouraging others to help us in our mission to bring about change.

It involves planning, design, and the execution of that plan by various skilled workers and contractors. Construction projects range in scale from small residential homes to large infrastructure projects like roads and bridges.
