Cooking with ChiWIP at The Chopping Block

Andiamo! On April 5, 2018, ChiWIP members indulged in a Chopping Block Italian-themed cooking class. A professional cooking instructor guided us through preparation of a multi-course pasta menu in a private kitchen, all while enjoying wine and great conversation.
