Please join us for our second Mentoring Circles brown bag lunch of 2019. We will be focusing our discussion on utilizing and finding success with reduced-hours or part-time schedules, maternity leave, and other work-life balance options, including working remotely. Our lunch will kick off with words of advice from Meggan Duffy, a partner at Marshall Gerstein, who will share her experiences with reduced-hours and flexible schedules. Alexis Douglas from K&L Gates will share her experience on creating a successful proposal that doubled the paid leave for K&L Gates’ gender-neutral parental leave policy.
