Workshop for Leveraging Your Performance Review

On February 25, 2021 the Mentoring Circles Committee hosted a virtual workshop on leveraging performance reviews building on previous ChiWIP programming related to reviews. The discussion focused on how to turn review feedback into a string of successes over the next year. We explored tips and tricks for effective goal setting and planning and how to incorporate the feedback we received from colleagues, clients, and bosses into our business plans for the upcoming year.
